Add ajax post handler to Baseframe (#182)

* Add handleAjaxPost function to Baseframe.Forms.

* Fix function name. Change url, formSelector, onSuccess, onError to be arguments.

* Remove config.data

* Remove config argument from callback function.

* Update comment.

* Rename the function to handleFormSubmit.

* Don't call ajaxform macro incase with_chrome is False.

* Fix indentation

* Change back to getElementById in showValidationErrors.

* Change to formId.
