Add Table.write_back(), replacing documents by ids (#184)

* Add Table.replace(), replacing doucments by ids

Compare to `update()`, `replace()` provide a more customizable workflow
to modify documents.
One can fistly search the documents and modify them by thier conditions,
then input new douments with thier `doc_ids` to `replace()`.

* Change replace() to able to get doc_ids by itself

* Add test for replace()

* Fix test of replace()

* Add test replace() return doc_ids

* Add replace() fail test

* Fix setup.py for pytest-runner failing in python 2.6

* Add check to prevent doc_id exceed

* Add test for replacing with exceeded doc_id

* Change function name 'replace' to 'write_back'

* Fix setup.py after merged 061add9
