Start add generators (#122)

* Rename "addGenerator" to "addGenerators"
* Simplify addGenerators implementation
* Simplify createOrUpdateGeneratorQueue implementation.
Only need collectorConfig from res, so don't pass in the whole response object.
* Call addGenerators from start cmd.
Add testing for whether queues got generated.
* Rename deleteGenerator to deleteGenerators
Rename updateGenerator to updateGenerators
Clean up comments and simplify implementation of each fn.
