Use popup message for zoom instructions.

- This Popover solution is taken from jsc3d
  rendering. The hover floats and does not
  increase the height of the iframe. It also
  look much better than the notification style
  help message.

- Static instructions take too much space
  and does look as good.

- Click/hover based collapsable instrctions
  does not work as expected in an iframe.
