Open content links to other pages in entry in same tab

There aleady was logic to set the target attribute of content links to
blank to fix page text authored with a broken version fo the rich text
editor.

Extend logic to check if the link url starts with a hash and thus
points to a page inside the same entry.

So links were fixed:

- Once on page load
- In PagePreviewView after updating the page

Fix links also inside PageText component, to rewrite links after React
updated the page.
