FF: fix sound issues (#1720)

* RF: remove unnecessary codes

* BF: backend_pyo.getDevices() returns None when kind=None

* TESTS: move get_devices_infos, get_output_devices and get_input_devices to backend_pyo_utils

* FF: remove pa_get_devices_infos

* FF: sound must be initialized before using sound.audioDriver
