Travis cache environment (#22)

* bash script travis install conda

* fixed build script [] operators

* switched [ ! cmp to ! [[ cmp in build script

* remove [[ for cmp in build script

* manually choose new or update build.sh

* run build directly in travis

* debug print path

* debug print path more, remove extra wget

* fixed conda download location

* show which python, start and end path

* export path in travis yml too

* test run from cache

* show cmp output

* cmp before conditional

* remove -s flag from cmp

* add $HOME/ to cached cmp
