Series stack opt in (#688)

* Added default prop 'stack' to false for every series except heatmap

* Modified getStackedData to take the new series 'stack' prop into account

* Added a new showcase next to existing stacked bar chart showcases to show the behaviour of the new prop with two stacked vertical bar series along with a non-stacked line series

* Added 'stack' prop to documentation

* Added a check for children that are not series

* Added test for mixed stacked series chart

* Set 'stack' default prop on 'AbstractSeries' instead of on every series. Spread 'AbstractSeries' default props on series that define their own
