Sentry (#300)

* Add sentry for error reporting and fix env settings on both platforms

* add user context to sentry

* ci deploy should run-with-settings

* fix typo in run  with settings command

* fix organization short name for source map uploading

* point SENTRY_TOKEN to correct var

* fix web builds

* remove un-needed comment

and trigger redeploy :innocent:

* trigger new netlify build for this branch

* trigger another netlify

really wish there was a way to trigger branch review deploys without
muddying up the commit history :-|

* potentially fix sentry execution on netlify

* put Sentry config in right spot, double check with debug :flushed:

* trigger netlify rebuild (fixed env vars)

* add some debug stuff to debug web release

* trying some new debug settings

* remove debugging info for sentry

* tweak comment
