Boolean operations test and fix (union)
- Circle::toArc() method - end angle -pi instead of 3pi
- Face::getRelation - initialize edges bv flags before recalcuation
- Polygon::addVertex - no edges.update method in PlanarSet anymore, use delete and add
- Ray shooting - skip vertex ip if between same edges and already counted
- Ray shooting - fix technical bug in sorting
- BooleanOp
 - clone both polygons in clip
 - calculate inclusion flags with original polygons for performance
 - consider face id when sorting intersection points
 - remove not relevant between points belong to same face
