Update field from dictionary correctly (#16)

* update `DVTI` from dictionary
* update `DVTV` from dictionary
* export `run!` and `get_problems`

In short, if element has `DVTI` or `DVTV` field already initialized, it's possible to update using command `update!(element, field_name, data)` or `update!(element, field_name, time => data)` in normal way, where data is dictionary.
