1. When the registered callback is called by cbauth, call the
   cbauth.GetClientCertAuthType API to get the client cert auth
   state initialize the tls.Config.ClientAuth field with it.

2. If the client cert type is not NoClienCert then initialize
   the tls.Config.ClientCAs field with a cert pool containing
   the &amp;amp;amp;#39;certFile&amp;amp;amp;#39; passed to FTS from ns_server. The &amp;amp;amp;#39;certFile&amp;amp;amp;#39;
   also contains the Root CA which will be used to sign the
   client certificate by the user.
