* Included a polyfill for web-animations api. Its a CDN to the standard web-aniamtions polyfill

* Fixes for Web Animator. Translations

* Including height animations  and fixing XY animations

* Inlcuded width animations. Ran Pretty and Cleaned up

* Fixed XY animations to respect the changes

* Central Flux Store for SYR

* Exposing SyrStore from syr

* Parsing styles using split rather than a dictionary

* Removing caching from web raster, causing wierd issues

* Pushing Props on setState

* Flattening the children in the raster manager to allow rendering array of children

* Clean Up logs
