chore(build): Add grunt tools for release

This adds support of release-it and associated grunt tasks for quick release.

It handles automatic update of the version in bower.json and package.json files, generation of whole website generation with docs, demo and additional files, dist folder update for CDNs, github release and tagging, npm publish, and uploading of generated website to github pages.
