Documentation: can use f(; a => b) when a is a variable containing a symbol

In Julia, the following

    f(a = b)

and

    f(; :a => b)

are equivalent. The latter has the advantage that we can pass a
non-literal symbol, e.g.

    sym = :a
    f(; sym => b)

I didn't know that when I wrote

    d = Dict( sym => b)
    f(; d...)

instead.
