Fix HTML headers, improve HTML rendering consistency (#279)

* Fix header rendering from HTML

* Update snapshots :cookie:

* Patch scripture rendering

* Remove un-needed ContentHTMLView

* Remove excess import

* updated PR to removing lingering BodyCopy references to point to BodyText. Minor change to html render where forcing an undefined color style was no longer needed.

* fixed bullet list item rendering in htmlview

* updated ButtonLink style (underline) to match Holtzman.

* removing inline styles from scripture renderer ❤️✨

* Fix android rendering issues

* fix iOS header cut off

* make copyright text smaller

* update snaps

* adjusted verse numbers to add a single space (temp fix). added documentation to explain.

* removing background color used during dev.

* safeguarding against wierdness in blockquotes.
