Full moves don't leave 'past' Goods behind

Reasons:
- the result wasn't consistent between create-as-done and plan the execute
- the motivation for 'past' state is partly technical (m2o target in
history), partly to have faithful stock counts in the past (to some
extent, and it's acceptable I think to exclude the precise location from
it).
- revert operation doesn't need it
- limiting somewhat inflation of table sizes (we'll already have enough
without these)
