Tags! (#107)

* Add Tag UI

* Changed database so that tags have a uuid

* Fixed deleting tags (Without persisting changes and can search for part of a tag

* Added field for searchable text to sql database

* Made preview and searchable text TEXT fields, not VARCHAR

* Got deleting tags to actually delete from DB

* Can search in a basic way by multiple tags

* Smarter searching, can parse by spaces now

* Fix delete button

* Fixed failing test
