refactor(source tree structure): removing 'specs' from test

Removing 'specs' as a container for test files. This was a mocha convention. Now that we have moved
to ava, moving to ava convention of calling `tests/**/*.js`. Ava also ignores `fixtures', 'helpers'
and file-names with '_' prefix.
