* Add locations screen

* Finish up location form styling

* fixing width and snap position due to padding adjustments made to fix an Android shadow clipping bug.

* fixing my fix. Tile width didn't need to be adjusted. Just the scroll snap.

* updating LocationCard color to use paper per TODO

* updating CardTile to reflect the ability to not pass in a title (not required anymore). Added storyies and tests to cover children case.
