Koenig - Use {{inline-svg}} helper in {{koenig-plus-menu}}

- use the `{{inline-svg}}` helper instead of having SVGs inlined manually in the component template
- rename the koenig icons directory
- add the koenig icons directory to the list of locations used by `{{inline-svg}}`
