* Chuangmi IR: always play at least one repeat frame

* Chuangmi IR: raw/pronto command type autodetection

* Chuangmi IR: move pronto to raw conversion to a separate class method

* Chuangmi IR: more tests for play_* methods, read test data from file

* Add cached content and egg-info to .gitignore
