refactor: cleanup plugin (#57)

* refactor: cleanup plugin

* fix: get next() to call listener with the next action

Instead of the current one.
Make on() to invoke immediately if the current action the the requested type.

Rename class `invokeIndex` to `id`

* refactor: clean up class plugin

* refactor: clean childProcess

* refactor: clean stream

* refactor: clean up promise

And each plugin will use their own `XXXId` instead of using the same `id`.
That cause conflict when one return type wraps around another one.

e.g. Promise<Stream>

* fix: typings minor

* refactor: cleanup stubFunction

* fix: add and fix recursive use case for function

* test: improve coverage

* refactor: remove code.

Seems like it is not needed. Recursive will also get routed and handled outside.
