Implement initial framework for struct diff [1/2] (#148)

* Initial commit for struct diff code

* Working commit.

* Working commit -- adding testing.

* Clean up stale files.

* Trim CL size.

* Refactor to have a separate ForEachDataField implementation.

 * (M) util/reflect*.go
   - Previous logic tried to overload ForEachField with a nil schema,
     however, this causes complexity as to when to stop traversing, this
     commit refactors to have a separate data-tree only implementation.

* Address review comments.

* Fix test whitespace failure.

* Add inline comment for path trimming.
