Major rewrite of Sb.PrositeScan: Switch to InterProScan server

The original prosite scan server is being sunset, and is increasingly
 flakey. Time to move over the the new.
The new server no longer supports 'common' modification motifs
Also resolve an issue with mapping stop characters properly
Also resolve issues with converting between nucl and pep
