- Simplify CachRAM to use a single pageSize config var instead of a split between initial and grow page sizes
- Implemented maxPageCount in CacheRAM to limit allocations of new pages
- Implemented LRU strategy for replacing an in-use cache block when maxPageCount limit is reached
- Simplified some tests to use aysnc/await instead of long Promise chains
- Bump node version to latest LTS release (8.9.4)
