travis-ci

add support for pulling keys directly from environment variables

- specify MWS_ACCESS_KEY, MWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY, and MWS_MERCHANT_ID
  environment variables
- tests also validate that these work
- travis builder updated, should begin passing all tests now
- sellers category throttles updated to match correct spec
- as ListMarketplaceParticipations has a really low throttle period
  (15 minutes to fully restore at 1 per minute!), use
  GetMatchingProductForId instead for generic testing, as it has a throttle
  of 300 requests per minute
