Merge remote-tracking branches 'origin/pr/22717' and 'origin/pr/22742'

* origin/pr/22717:
  308 automatics: Based SCAR-H burst on SCAR-L
  Fixed M249 and Mini-14 default magazines Gave the M249 the ammo belt and the Mini-14 the Ruger mag
  223 automatics: Rebalanced around 1 second of automatic fire Some averaging here:
  Added default semi-auto to L523 DSR Why I had to add DEFAULT semi-auto to stop inheritance, I don't know.
  Fixed L523 platform burst mode inheritance and added 3-round auto to L523 LMG It turns out that "modes": doesn't override "burst": in any way. The L523 DSR inherited the platform burst mode, and the L523 LMG got a default 3 round auto. Fixed by replacing burst field with "modes". While the LMG wasn't supposed to get burst 3 default, it's interesting, so it stays.

  Added missing "n"s to 7.62x39mm descriptions Thanks Cyrano7!
  Misc. 7.62x39mm fixes Fixed the reloaded 7.62x39mm M43 description by adding an edited version of the base cartridge's description with all references to 57-N-231 and steel core removed. Also increased 762_m43 spawns to 20.
