Add support to send html form for ajax requests (#176)

* Add support to return form html to 'render_form'.

* added rawform

* Add autoform_xhr to return form html on ajax request.

* Add error template to form.

* Remove rawform template.

* Move error template to below field in checkbox field. Update render_form function.

* Remove delete_template.html

* Hide mui-select-menu since select fields are renderend using select2 js.

* Remove error_template.

* Change form template path in bootstrap autoform_xhr html template.

* Add functionlaity to Baseframe.Forns to show validation errors. Add select2 to forms.html to activate select2 for xhr forms.

* Use coaster's buid for generating form id.

* Check if p tag exist before creating, for displaying the form error.

* Use ajaxform.html.jinja for chrome-less forms.

* Use request.endpoint as default form id.

* Add dom_id to have unqiue id attributes for the form.

* Change to ref_id. Add changes to bootstrap forms.

* Fix formatting.

* Rename baseframe.js to baseframe-bootstrap.js
