Import with the actor stack to set representative file and run jobs

A custom `Darlingtonia::RecordImporter` is added to route object import through
the Hyrax Actor Stack. This ensures that imported files are handled and ingest
jobs are queued in the background.

Two major issues are introduced by this PR that need to be addressed quickly:

  - the imported records are given a `creator`, which is currently a hard coded
  user. Some other strategy (or at least some other user) will be necessary in
  production.
  - the file path for files to import is currently hard-coded as
  `spec/fixtures`. This needs to be configurable or settable on a per-import
  basis.
