Removes work-around code for HUB-13740, Hub bugfix available 4.4.1

Previously, OAuth requests were subject to CSRF validation, which
required a specialized header and propagation of the HTTP session to
work. As of Hub 4.4.1, CSRF is not applied to OAuth requests without an
active session, and so session propagation and transfer of the CSRF
header are no longer required
