Fix libgc version which was changed in linkage breaking way (release-7_6)

Issue #197 (bdwgc).

* Makefile.am (LIBGC_VER_INFO): Change from 4:1:2 to 4:1:3 (to bring
the SONAME back to libgc.so.1).
