Bytebuddycache (#42)

* Update kotlin version

* Started revamping bytebuddy binder to generate a class that admits a constructor with the configprovider so there's no new class created everytime.

After that what needs to be done is to cache the class creation (I'd even say the declared constructor of the class) to avoid the class creation since the bytecode can be reused

* Simplified Handler constructor with default values based on the method

* Now ByeBuddy will cache the created class and the only thing it will do is to create a new instance of the class (this is still subject of more testing)

* Fixed a bug where the super method wouldn't be passed and that led to not finding the default value making these tests fail.

* Added clarifiction of why one test case is there and removed an useless variable.

* Little cleanup
