Commit Message

libmu: Clean up formatting of (UN)?MARSHAL2 macros and document.

There is a pattern to the parameters passed to these macros. We can make
this explicit by grouping the parameters in a meaningful way. This
reduces the labor required of new-comers to the code as figuring out
these macros isn't easy.
