Fixing travis (#196)

* try language=minimal

* free disk space checks after each line

* removed scipy and matplotlib dependencies

* trying to switch to trusty

* dist: precise

* delete source files after install

* set local paths before trying to delete

* changed test using 83 to use 87

* don't install 83

* deleted dataframe_column_at_locus

* deleted GTF abstraction to avoid writing query results to CSVs

* added database to __init__

* make install string optional

* got rid of strand in database indices

* deleted tests of GTF object creating dataframes

* got rid of slice test on GTF object

* minor version bump due to deletion of GTF object

* check to make sure gtf_path is not None, since that came up as an error during a unit test

* removed delete-source-files command

* changed database_path back to local_db_path
