Binary format proposal.

* Uses ByteBuffer to read/write data *synchronously*.
* write() is expected to read all passed data.
* read() may need many calls in case the buffer is not big enough.
* Adapter for InputStream/OutputStream.
* MockTracer BINARY propagator.
