Optimized and parallelized aplinear (#239)

* Eliminated redundant code in critical path, renamed one-letter variables

* The three-integer sort is actually worth it, I promise

* eliminate bad optimization

* minor fix to indentation

* Basic Concurrency in APrioriLinear

* Synchronization is a social construct

* A little synchronization never hurt anyone

* Faster hashmap with big merge at the end

* Style improvements
