Removing dependence of pygraphviz from render_reactions and render_species. Creating a module for viz (visualization). The differences between this code and the previous `render_reactions` and `render_species` is its use of pydot instead of graphviz. Also, the functions are merged into the same file. This simplified things but now requires an additional arg when called from the command line. instead of `python -m pysb.tools.render_species model.py` (or pysb.tools.render_reactions), you call 'python -m pysb.viz.graphviz render_species (or render_reactions) model.py'. I also added another argument slot that if provided will render and save according to the save_name provided. If there is no suffix `.png, .pdf, .gif`, it will default to pdf (only if this extra argument is given).
