update(enricher-loader): Load the default enrichers dynamically.

* This change updates the way enrichers are loaded.  Previously, the each enricher would be require manaully and each enricher would export a function.
* Now, each enricher exports an object that consists of a name property and an enrich function
* They are also loaded dynamically by reading the directory and requiring each in a loop
* A list of default enrichers in then looped over.  The order is important here

* fixes #148
