Put back encoding in feed item titles

Because [this thread](https://code.djangoproject.com/ticket/6533)
which includes a link to [this post](http://www.intertwingly.net/blog/2006/07/14/Another-Month) suggests that item titles should be encoded.

Fixes #153 again
