BREAKING: properly handle context refs for iteration and component boundaries
parent context refs (^^/) are supposed to jump blocks that provide context, which in the case of an iteration, means it has to jump the current iteration, the repeated fragment that owns it, and the section that owns that
parent contexts can be accessed from non-isolated components, but should not be for isolated components
also, the code for detecting and crossing a component boundary was just plain broken
