BracesFixer: nowdoc bug on template files

Currently the fixer breaks code if the php tag is closed after a nowdoc syntax:
```diff
 <?php
 if (true) {
     $var = <<<'JS'
-JS;
-?>
+JS; ?>
 <?php
 }
```
