Commit Message

Fix PDF export for comment macro

Some of {{comment}} macro rendering output parts are not needed for the
PDF format. Actually they add some garbage to the output PDF.
Here we enclose these parts to the conditional which only works
for HTML output format and makes the output PDF file clean.
