feat(jsonschema): All Json decorators can be used with an Array

- Enum, Format, MaxLength, MinLength, (tagged with auto-map) write the data on the right place in JSONSchema when the type is known (primitive, array, collection, etc...),
- Move Schema from swagger to jsonschema
- add Title decorator in jsonschema package
- Fix JsonSchema generation
