The issue was that we don't have the F# library available in the look-up paths so as to be able to resolve the Microsoft.FSharp.Core.CompilationMappingAttribute type.  So fall back partway to the approach I used in OpenCover (where the F# libraries were deliberately avoided) and parse the attribute blob directly. At least here I can use the SourceConstructFlags enum and its values rather than having to code magic integers.
