Consolidate host manager source tests

It became clear that the test cases where vcenter and satellite needed
special treatment, tests could be written in a way that worked for both
types as they share the constraint of needing only one credential and
one host.

Also adds some missing test case stubs:
     * using sudo password for network credentials
     * that sources have sensible port defaults
     * that sources allow custom ports to be specified
