feat(jsonschema): Add AllowTypes and Any decorators for jsonSchema

- Add AllowTypes and Any,
- Fix Converter decorators. Now, Converter throw an error when it used without type,
- AJV use JSONSchema6 instead of JSONSchema4.
- Add tag documentation on decorators
