Added settings page (#15)

* replaced settings link with viewer avatar

* changed settings view to My Profile

* added summary of github info to MyProfile page

* users can update their wallet address in the settings page

* fixed issue in github -> bazr user stiching

* update button now hides when setting address to previous value

* added contract compile scripts to travis flow
