Direction_id & Cross feed edges fixes (#16)

* Change method get_nearest_node to:
1, Return series of all nearest nodes within connection_threshold
2, Filter out self based on distance to avoid adding loop edges

* Add check on existence of direction_id in source data. For source gtfs feeds without it this step would fail.

* Modify to handle changed get_nearest_node. This step should now add all nearest edges within connection threshold. Previous implementation was adding only a self-loop. Nearest node was itself and the method was returning only one result.
