Object reducer support (#79)

* fix(data-point/entities): normalize transform entity

transform entity should only accept a TransformExpression as its value

* feat: Add ReducerMap type

* feat(reducer-map): Remove support for constants in reducer maps

keys beginning with $ were treated as constants in the first implementation

* refactor(reducer-object): Rename ReducerMap type to ReducerObject

* docs(README): Update readme to document ReducerObject type

* feat(resolve/reducer-object): Preserve order of keys in ReducerObject#resolve

* style(reducer-object): Rename isMap helper to isObject

* test(reduce-object): Add tests for the ReducerObject type

* test(reducer-object): Add more tests for ReducerObjects

* style: Ran prettier-standard

some files were not formatted after resolving a merge conflict

* style(reducer-function, reducer-path): Reformat exports for Reducer type strings

no longer using chained assignment when setting module.exports.type

* docs(README): Update documentation for ObjectReducer

* chore(example.js): Delete file that was committed by mistake

* docs(README): Update ObjectReducer examples in readme

* docs(data-point): adds comment to alert recursive call
